Margret Beditz

An administrative professional since 2012, Meg joined the Farkouh, Furman & Faccio team in 2014. Originally hired as an administrative assistant, just a year later she took on the responsibilities of Marketing Coordinator. These days, Meg serves as the Director of Firm Operations and Marketing. Prior to joining FF&F, Meg spent two years as a financial aid counselor and registration associate at a hospital in Albany. Her experience performing emergency room patient intake and registration taught her the important skill of keeping a cool head under pressure.

A resourceful team player, Meg is adept at rapidly adjusting to the situation around her. Meg’s FF&F teammates truly benefit from having her non-accounting skills at their disposal. For example, Meg is known for having an English degree and is regularly called upon to settle grammar disputes and proofread important documents.

Raised in Troy, NY, Meg now resides in New York City, which she loves because of the hustle and bustle, the ambition of everyone around her, the vast cultural diversity, and the abundance of great food. Living in the city has helped her to develop resilience and a tough skin while still maintaining the characteristics that make her who she is. In her free time, Meg loves to listen to music, watch sports, play softball, run, read, travel and bake. Her favorite book is On Writing by Stephen King—it is a nonfiction memoir and manual about how to write successfully.
