Tax Manager

Howard has served on the Farkouh Furman & Faccio team for more than three decades—he joined the firm in 1984. In his current capacity as a tax manager, he is responsible for preparing complex returns, keeping up with clients, and performing the firm’s tax program training. He works primarily with high net worth individuals, small partnerships, trusts, and clients in the service industries.

A loyal professional, Howard seeks to always project an approachable attitude so that his clients and colleagues feel welcome to seek him out for help. He strives to treat everyone he meets with respect and make each day more pleasant by adding humor to it. Howard chose to study accounting in college because the field offered ample career opportunities. He attributes his career success to a combination of loyalty, good work ethic, inclusiveness, being team oriented, and pleasantness.

Raised in the Bronx, Howard has lived in Stamford, Connecticut with his wife, Amy, since their two daughters, Cortney and Brittany, were children. He likes Stamford because it is a diverse city that is good for raising a family but that it is close enough to New York to still allow access to the culture there. In his free time, Howard enjoys swimming, reading, watching television and movies, attending the theatre, and keeping up with pop culture.
