Karen Maddaloni

Director of Staff Administration

In 2011, Karen joined the Farkouh Furman & Faccio team as an administrative assistant. In 2015, she was promoted to the role of Director of Staff Administration. In this role, she is responsible for managing every aspect of the firm’s workflow. A professional in the field since 2005, Karen brought six years of valuable experience with her when she joined the firm.

Karen is positive, energetic, and outgoing—all fantastic qualities in a teammate. She strives to treat others like she would like to be treated. Karen attributes her career success to a combination of hard work, dedication, and being open minded. Karen is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Raised in Brooklyn, Karen still lives in the same area. She enjoys the area for the diversity of people that it has to offer. Karen is married and has one stepson and a puppy named Luna. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and coloring.
