Previously at Westchester Country Club, Cren-Sackman has over 15 years of recruiting and human resources experience. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Marketing and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources, both from City University of New York (CUNY) Baruch College.

Cren-Sackman currently resides in Croton-on-Hudson with her husband and two daughters. Her interests include tennis and triathlons.
